ONLINE BANKING SAFEGUARDS

Here are some safeguards we have in place to protect against security breaches in our online banking environment:

Access ID and Password

Our system is designed to limit account access to only those possessing the Access ID and Password associated with the account(s).

Encryption

We have encryption technology in place that provides protection of data in transit from your computer and ours.  A secure website address will begin with https:// (the “s” signifies secure).  The “closed lock” icon will also indicate whether a communication session is encrypted.

Firewalls

Our computer systems include “firewalls” designed to protect against unauthorized access to our systems.  We periodically monitor these safeguards to protect your privacy and security.

Timeout

Our online banking system is designed to log you off automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Account Number Protection

While logged on to the online banking product, only the last 4 digits of your account number(s) will be visible.  This safeguard protects against other people seeing your full account number.

We're here to help.
