Getting Started

Log in to Online Banking and locate the Alerts tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 

Activating a New Alert:

  • Click on the Category of the Alert to be activated:
    • Checking
    • Savings
    • Certificate of Deposit
    • Loans
  • Next, click on "Setup New Alert" and select a category and type from the dropdown lists.
  • Fill out the appropriate information in the form:
    • For email alerts, enter a complete and valid email address.
    • For text message alerts, enter a ten-digit phone number and the domain address for your phone carrier as the E-mail Address (i.e., ). A complete list of carriers and domain addresses is located below.
  • Click "Finish" to complete the activation.

Viewing, Editing, & Deleting an alert:

  • Click on the Category of the Alert to be activated:
    • Checking
    • Saving
    • Certificate of Deposit
    • Loans
  • To view the alert setup, click the "View" icon.
  • Click the "Edit" icon to make any changes to the alert specifications including email address.
  • Delete a selected alert by clicking the "Delete" icon.
